Hey there! Joe Carabase here, (I'm the guy in the cap and shades in the photo above), owner and founder of MeltWorkout and In30 Fat Loss! I'm here to invite you to what has become my favorite weekend of the year--the Weekend Warrior Retreat 5.0. It's an immersive, three-day experience where we dive into everything you need to completely transform your relationship with food, fitness, and mindset so you can finally break through your personal obstacles and get to wherever it is you want to go.

It's an absolute honor (and my mission) to make this weekend a completely transformational life experience for you. It was great to get away and the best thing is I didn’t stress about anything! I loved the workouts and it was fantastic doing yoga for the first time with the private instruction…The food was amazing, some of the best food I’ve had! We laughed, had great discussions and the workshops really made me think a lot. I was able to relax, re group and figure out how to best move forward. It had exceeded all expectations that I had!

My wife invited and we thought it would be a great couple thing. She found Joe online and I had no idea what was going to happen but I absolutely fell in love with it! My favorite part was going to the beach, learning all the different routines and getting to focus on myself. It’s a weekend of pure of self-relaxation, coming back to basics so when you’re back home you’re completely refreshed. Step out of your box, give this a shot, its nothing frightening or scary just a great time!

I came last year and got so much out of it, I was really looking forward to having the time to reset myself reflect and plan for next year. My favorite part was a combination of the yoga sessions and workouts on the beach, to have quiet reflection time and think about my nutrition. It was an awesome experience! A chance to revitalize yourself be free and really learn from yourself and others. Don’t hesitate, do it, enjoy it and take in all that it has to offer!

Reset, rejuinvate, get myself back on track with nutrition and a mental perspective. The mindset piece really spoke to me…The food was amazing! I felt so good afterwards. The workouts were great! Just being outside and feeling the wind in your hair. I was a little nervous coming by myself but the knowing Joe I trusted it would be a good group and everyone was fantastic!

3:30-4:15 pm: Living Your Best Life Workshop 
4:30pm: Arms + Butt Workout 
6-8 pm: Sunset Dinner + Meditation On the Beach 
Saturday  January 12th:
7:00 am: Beach Yoga
8:00-8:30: Lite Breakfast on the beach
8:30 - 10:45: YOU time
10:30 - 11:30 am: Movement Mastery Workshop (mobility, corrective exercise + tissue work)
11:45 - 12:45 am: Kettlebell Mastery Workshop (get more comfortable with kettlebell and learn cool movements!)
12:45 - 2:00 pm: Clean Lunch
2:00 - 3:00 pm Guest Speaker
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Reduce Stress+ Rise Up ( Interactive Workshop )
5:00 - 6:30 pm: YOU time (Chill out + get ready for dinner )
6:30-8:00 pm: Clean Dinner
Sunday January 13th:
7:00 am: Beach Yoga
8:00-8:30: Lite Breakfast on the beach
8:30 - 9:30: Paddle Board Workout
